Who we are

I worked for Miller’s and a couple of other companies during my first year before moving on to manage a branch for Miller’s for two years. In that role, I handled dispatching, scheduling, and overseeing a team of 6-12 technicians each day. This experience was invaluable; it taught me how to navigate various client personalities and understand their needs while also learning what not to do as a technician.

After the company consolidated branches under one manager, I returned to fieldwork. In 2001, I made the decision to focus entirely on building my own business because I wanted to move away from high-pressure sales tactics that didn’t align with my values.

Over the past 27 years I have continuously trained with organizations like the International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Companies, Woolsafe, Fabric Pro, the National Wood Flooring Association, and several other independent industry professionals in the subjects of carpet , upholstery, area rug, tile , stone, rug, and wood cleaning, I’ve trained with some of the best instructors our industry has to offer.

I take pride in having built a loyal client base through repeat business and referrals. Many of my clients have been with me since the beginning; now I even serve their children and grandchildren!
