Jeremy Parr

Jeremy Parr is the owner and operator of Parr’s Deep Cleaning Service, a reputable carpet cleaning company based in Fullerton, California. He began his journey in the cleaning industry in 1997 as a subcontractor for Miller’s Carpet Care. With only three days of training, he quickly realized that he needed more hands-on experience. To enhance his skills, he spent two months riding alongside a seasoned technician with over twenty years of experience. The knowledge he gained during this time has stayed with him throughout his career.

After working for Miller’s and a few other companies in his first year, Jeremy took on the role of branch manager at Miller’s for two years. In this position, he was responsible for dispatching, scheduling, and overseeing a team of 6 to 12 technicians daily. This experience provided him with invaluable training in customer service and operations management. He learned how to handle various client personalities, what frustrates them, and ultimately what not to do as a technician.

After the company consolidated multiple branches under one manager, Jeremy returned to fieldwork but soon decided to focus entirely on building his own business in 2001. He recognized that the high-pressure sales tactics employed by some companies were not aligned with his values. Over the past 27 years, Jeremy has continuously pursued education and training opportunities, earning multiple certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
His commitment to quality work has earned him a loyal client base, with many customers returning for his services over the years. Some clients have been with him since the beginning, and he now serves their children and even grandchildren. Jeremy’s dedication to his craft is evident in the meticulous attention to detail he provides in every job.
Recently, Jeremy decided to take the next step in his business by hiring a company to help him adopt modern technology solutions that will enhance his operations. While he excels at providing top-notch cleaning services, he acknowledges that he needs assistance with the technological aspects of running a business.
