Very heavily soiled carpets that will require power scrubbing , heavy pet odor treatment , colored stain removal. spot dyeing etc. require an on site estimate for proper assesment, in most cases this estimate is free but a trip charge may apply. If work is performed service charge will go towards cost of cleaning. Rough phone quote is available for residential  but will be given in a varying range and price will be determined on arrival. I offer steam and dry cleaning for commercial carpeting.

I can do a variety of repairs including burn holes, cut and plugs,  reseaming, resectioning, threshold bar installation, pad and tack strip removal, sealing of subfloors with odor barrier prior to new pad install and full room streching. Spot dyeing is also available for bleach spots and color loss from sun fade as long as carpet will still accept dye. Minimum charge applies if appointment is for repairs only and not done while carpet is being cleaned.

General surface deoderizing can be added to any cleaning to help remove mild odors from pet dander, cooking and smoke odors. Protection can be applied to stain resistant nylon as well as wool and some polyesters to help with spot cleanup and soil removal in future cleanings. Protection cost depends on square footage and pile density, oversized/combo rooms count as two rooms. Heavy pet odors will require more than a general surface deoderizer for best results.

The concrete on your garage floor is smoother than outdoor concrete and is cleaned in the same manner as heavily soiled tile and grout floors. It can also be polished after cleaning and sealed  to make cleaning up spills much easier as well as give it a professional rustic shop look.
